My approach combines hands-on care, targeted exercise, and education so you can move better now and stay active long-term. Manual techniques include soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations, and instrument assisted massage, and are done to reduce pain, improve mobility, and increase function. Targeted exercises are prescribed on an individual basis to increase flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance. I am passionate about helping people return without limitations to the activities they enjoy, feeling stronger and more confident in their bodies.

I’m Abby McCormack, the licensed doctor of physical therapy and owner of Salmon Run Physical Therapy. After 12 years of treating patients on the Eastside, I opened this practice to create a more patient-focused experience, where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered in their recovery.

I believe physical therapy should be personal, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. At Salmon Run PT, every session is one-on-one with me and tailored to your goals, body, and lifestyle.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to stay active and resilient, I focus on identifying the root cause of your symptoms and building a clear plan to help you move forward with confidence.
